Bringing your existing patients across
You do not need to import anything to start. Patients get created as they book. Import is worth it if you have a large recall list you want to keep.

What to send
- A CSV with, at minimum: name, mobile number, and date of birth or age.
- Optionally: sex, address, existing patient ID, last visit date, allergies.
- One row per person. If your old system has one row per visit, deduplicate first or tell us and we will.
How duplicates are handled
Phone numbers are normalised to the last ten digits before comparison, so +91 98765 43210, 098765 43210 and 9876543210 are one person. Where two rows collapse into one, both old IDs are kept against the record so a search for either still finds them.
Nothing is merged silently
Anything ambiguous is listed for you to confirm. A wrongly merged patient record is much harder to undo than a duplicate.
