Your first week
Most clinics try to move everything at once and stall. This is the order that works.

- Day one — take bookingsDoctors, schedules, fees. Share the link. Nothing else matters until patients can book.
- Day two — the deskTrain whoever is on the desk on three screens: today’s list, adding a patient, and taking a payment. That is the whole job on day two.
- Day three — prescriptionsAsk one doctor to type one prescription. The drug list and the interaction check are already there.
- Day five — billingStart billing in Drapto rather than the old book. Do not back-fill history; start from today and let the old system age out.
- Day seven — look backOpen the day book for the week. The follow-ups nobody booked and the balances nobody chased are the first money you will find.
Leave claims until week three
If you bill insurers, the claims module is worth learning properly rather than quickly. It needs your tariffs loaded first.
