Corporate health benefits · hospital empanelment
Employee health benefits your people will actually use.
Plans fail at the reception desk, not in the policy document. Drapto puts eligibility at the desk, campaigns in every inbox and a privacy line HR cannot cross — so uptake holds and cost stays visible.
Roster synced, dependants included
Booked themselves from the invite
Shown as a count — never the reason
One invoice per month
Illustration with sample figures from the Drapto demo workspace.
HR sees what it costs and who came. Never why.
The programme
Win them, serve them, bill them — in one panel.
Checked at the desk
Caps counted live, dependants handled, no spreadsheet emailed in January.
Campaigns that get booked
An invite per employee; they choose the slot themselves.
Owned by the employee
Results with the employee, portable across clinics and employers.
Statutory registers
Occupational-health registers produced as a by-product of the work.
Explore →One invoice
Spend and utilisation, live; one escalation point.
Empanelment, run properly
For the hospital: corporate contracts at the desk, billed correctly.
Explore →The boundary
What your HR team sees — and what it never will.
HR can see
Who is eligible, attendance, campaign uptake, invoiced amounts and the statutory register — aggregated, suppressed below five people.
HR is never shown
A diagnosis, a prescription, a lab value, a consultation note or a bill line that names a condition.
Why it matters
Employees skip benefits they think their manager will hear about. A hard boundary is what makes uptake hold.
Inside Drapto
The employer’s view, and the hospital’s.

How it compares
Insurance pays the claim. Drapto makes the benefit get used.
Columns describe categories of product, not any one company.

Questions
Asked before every demo.
Is Drapto an insurance company or broker?
No. Drapto is not an insurer, broker or agent and is not registered with IRDAI in any such capacity. It is the software that connects an employer to the hospitals and clinics that treat its people.
What can HR see?
Eligibility, attendance, campaign uptake and cost — aggregated and suppressed below five people. Never a diagnosis, a prescription, a lab value or a note.
How does corporate empanelment work?
The hospital and the employer sign the agreement; Drapto runs it: eligibility checked at the desk, cashless or billed-to-company visits, health-check campaigns and one invoice.
How is it priced?
By written proposal, sized to headcount, sites and programmes, billed annually. Nothing is ever charged to an employee.
Who owns the employee’s record?
The employee. It follows them across every clinic on Drapto and survives a change of employer.
