Who these terms actually apply to.

These terms govern your use of drapto.com, operated by XDQ Labs Private Limited. They do not govern use of the Drapto product itself, which is covered by a separate agreement.

What this website is, in plain terms.

Marketing and information. The calculators, the Claims Decoder and the Sahayak assistant are provided so you can understand how the product works and how Indian payer mechanics operate. They are not a professional service and no professional relationship arises from using them.

What the tools do and do not do

• The calculators compute arithmetic from figures you enter. They do not know your policy, your payer contracts or your case. A result is a model, not an entitlement.
• The Claims Decoder reads text you paste and classifies it. Its classification can be wrong, particularly on unusual formats. Check its output against the advice itself before acting on it.
• Sahayak explains grounds of rejection and the official escalation process. It does not assess any individual claim, predict any outcome, or draft anything on your behalf.
• Nadi on this site is a demonstration running on sample data. It is not connected to any real workspace.

Nothing on this website is legal, medical, financial or insurance advice. XDQ Labs Private Limited is not an insurance advisor, broker or agent and is not registered with IRDAI in any such capacity. We do not sell, compare, rank or recommend insurance products.

Accuracy

We publish mechanisms we have built and figures from sources we name. Regulations, scheme package rates and payer practices change. We correct what we find, and we do not guarantee that everything here is current at the moment you read it.

Do not send patient data

Do not paste patient names, UHIDs, policy numbers or any identifying detail into any tool on this site. The Decoder strips identifiers before processing, but that is a safeguard, not permission.

Our content

The text, charts, calculators and code on this site belong to XDQ Labs Private Limited. You may read, quote with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale or use it to build a competing dataset.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information or tool output on this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Indian law. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
