We are not an insurance intermediary.

XDQ Labs Private Limited is not an insurance advisor, broker or agent and is not registered with IRDAI in any such capacity. We do not sell, compare, rank or recommend insurance products, and we do not advise on any individual claim.

This is not medical or legal advice.

Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here is legal advice. Clinical questions belong to the treating doctor. Legal questions belong to your own counsel.

What we do not claim about the product

  • We do not transmit to NHCX. We generate and validate FHIR R4 claim bundles. Transmission runs through your own NHA onboarding, which no software vendor can complete for you.
  • We publish no claim-recovery percentage. No customer has been running long enough to produce an honest one, so there is not one on this site.
  • The coding engine is deterministic, not generative AI. That is a design choice, and we describe it as reliability rather than intelligence.
  • Rule calibration takes months. Roughly 25 decided claims per rule. On day one the system runs on stated assumptions and says so.

Where the figures on this site come from.

Worked examples — including the ₹43,000 proportionate deduction — are illustrative calculations from stated inputs, not results achieved for a customer. Where we cite published data we name the source. Where we have no data, the page says so rather than estimating.

Deployments and case studies

Deployments are described anonymously by agreement with the organisations concerned. Where a page carries a placeholder rather than a quotation or a result, that page is unpublished and set to noindex until it contains something real.

Tools

The calculators, Claims Decoder and Sahayak assistant run in your browser on figures and text you provide. They model, classify and explain. They do not decide, and their output should be checked against your own documents before you act on it.

We do not publish hospital directories

We do not rank hospitals or list which facilities sit on any insurer’s panel. Empanelment is product-specific and changes constantly; a stale list published by a third party can send a family to a hospital believing they are covered when they are not.
