Going live: the checklist
- The clinic address on the booking page matches the board outside.
- Session times match what actually happens, including the day somebody runs late.
- Slot length is honest. Fifteen minutes booked and eight minutes given produces a waiting room, not efficiency.
- Every consulting doctor is added and their registration is verified.
- Closed days and holidays are marked for the next three months.
- Fees are current.
- One test booking has been made and cancelled, from a phone, not the desk computer.
- The confirmation email arrives and reads correctly.
- Somebody on the desk knows how to move a booking without cancelling it.
- The waitlist is switched on if your sessions fill.
- Somebody owns the inbox the booking replies go to.
