Help · Getting started

Create your clinic

Setting up takes about twenty minutes. Nothing here needs an IT person, and nothing you enter now is permanent — every field below can be changed later.

Before you start

  • The clinic’s registration name, exactly as it appears on the Clinical Establishments Act registration.
  • One mobile number that can receive an OTP. This becomes the owner account.
  • The names and council registration numbers of the doctors who will consult.
  • Your consultation fees. You can add procedures later.

The six steps

  1. Create the owner accountSign up with the mobile number that should own the clinic. Ownership can be transferred, but it is easier to start with the right one.
  2. Add the clinicName, address, timings and the days you are closed. The address is what appears on the public booking page, so write it as you would tell a patient.
  3. Add doctorsEach doctor gets a profile and a schedule. Council registration is checked against the register before the profile goes public.
  4. Set schedulesSession times per doctor per day, and the slot length. Overlapping sessions for the same doctor are rejected — that is deliberate.
  5. Add your feesConsultation, follow-up and any procedures you bill regularly.
  6. Share the booking linkYour page is live as soon as the first schedule is saved.
You do not have to finish in one sitting

Anything incomplete shows on the setup checklist until it is done. A clinic can take bookings with one doctor and one schedule; everything else can wait.
