The distribution kit

Your clinic already has distribution. It is currently pointed at a phone number.

A board outside the door, a Google listing, the footer of every prescription you hand out, the signature on every email you send. That is real reach, and every bit of it currently ends in someone having to ring during working hours.

Point it at your booking address instead. Everything below is generated from your own clinic page, costs nothing, and needs neither a designer nor a developer.

Six places to put it

Ranked by how much each one is worth relative to the effort it takes.

A referral with the outcome returned
Ranked by what each one is actually worth.

1. Google Business Profile — the appointment link

The highest-value ten minutes on this page. Your Maps listing has an appointment link field. Filled in, the booking button on your listing goes to you. Left empty, whatever aggregator has claimed your name gets that traffic instead.

Where: Google Business Profile › Edit profile › Bookings › add your Drapto address.

2. The prescription pad footer

The cheapest distribution a clinic owns, because you are already printing the paper. Every patient who leaves with a prescription leaves with your booking address, at the exact moment they have been told to come back.

3. A QR code for the desk and the door

Printed for reception, the entrance, the back of a visiting card. It works for the patient standing in front of you who has been told to come back in a month and will otherwise forget by the time they reach the car park.

Where: generated on your clinic settings page, ready to print.

4. Your email signature

One line, on every message the clinic already sends — reports, receipts, replies to patients asking about timings. Zero marginal effort once it is set.

Book an appointment: drapto.com/book/<your-clinic>

5. An embed for your website

If the clinic has a site, the booking flow drops into it as an iframe. If it does not, your clinic page is the site — it is server-rendered and indexable, so it can carry that job on its own.

<iframe src="https://drapto.com/book/<your-clinic>?embed=1" width="100%" height="720" style="border:0" title="Book an appointment"></iframe>

6. A short link for everywhere else

Short enough for a status, a bio, a broadcast, or a one-line reply to the patient asking when you are open. The same address everywhere means patients learn it.

Upload a photo before you share any of this. A clinic page with a photograph of the actual premises will beat a directory listing of the same clinic that has one, and lose to it if yours is blank. It must be a photo you took or own — not one pulled from a maps listing or a review, which belongs to whoever took it.

Why this works

You are not competing for “dentist near me”. You are reclaiming your own name.

When somebody searches your clinic by name, the page they land on should be yours. Today it is often a directory’s page about you, carrying its own booking button and its own advertisements for the clinic down the road.

Your Drapto page is server-rendered, indexable, and genuinely about you. It competes for your own name on merit. That is not us bringing you a patient — it is us stopping somebody else charging you for one.

Nobody can buy a better position

/find is a search, not a ranking. No promoted slot, no bidding, which is why we can never sell you one.

Your reviews stay on Google

We link out rather than hosting our own stars. A rating we controlled would be a rating we could eventually sell back to you.

The link is yours

If you leave, the address stops working and nothing about your reputation was ever held by us to begin with.

The booking page is free, permanently.

No cap, no commission, and it does not move behind the paywall later.

Six places to put one link.

Google Business Profile, a QR on the desk, your email signature, the prescription pad.
