Help · Patients and records

One record per person

A patient’s record belongs to the patient. If they have been seen at another clinic on Drapto, their record already exists, and it follows them.

What follows the patient

  • Their identity: name, date of birth, phone, and their UHID.
  • Prescriptions and reports released to them.
  • Allergies and recorded adverse reactions.

What does not

  • Your consultation notes. Those are yours.
  • Your bills and their balances with you.
  • Any note you have marked private.
A patient can see what you can see about them

Except the consultation note. That boundary is deliberate and it is the same at every clinic.
