Part of the hospital platform
The rider is not signing into your dashboard.
A pharmacy that delivers, a lab that collects, an imaging centre, a physiotherapist, an ambulance. Same shape for all of them, and none of them has to create an account.
A job, not a dashboard
A rider on a scooter is not going to sign into anything. They get a link to one job, and it stops working when the job is done.
They can see what they are owed
Commission worked out per job, visible to them without asking. That is the difference between a supplier and a partner.
A failure has to say why
“Could not deliver” with no reason is a job somebody has to ring about. The clinic needs to know what to tell the patient.
And poor partners are named
One failed job in six is a patient told the wrong thing one time in six — and the patient blames the hospital, not the partner.
Agree the commission in writing
A partner with no recorded commission is the one who eventually stops answering the phone. We say so when you add them without one.
Tied to the record
A delivery is attached to the prescription, a collection to the lab order. Nobody has to work out later what a job was for.
What runs without being asked
Improved most weeksA cancellation is offered to the next person in order, with a window, until somebody takes it.
Raised when the prescription is written, chased twice, then it stops. It does not nag.
An abnormal value escalates after thirty minutes if nobody named has acknowledged it.
Twenty-four rules, scored before submission and sorted by exposure rather than raw risk.
Ctrl-K from any screen. These are database queries, so they work offline and cost nothing.
Ask in your own words. Bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, or run Ollama on your hardware and nothing leaves the building.
We are deliberate about which is which. Most of what runs here is rules, not a model — because a rule is auditable, works when the connection drops, and cannot invent a figure. We build and improve both every week, and we will always tell you which one answered you.

One job, one link, and it stops working when the job is done.
Start with the half that pays for itself.
Corporate contracts first. The clinical side is an addition, never a precondition.
