What a write-off means here
A write-off is money you billed and will not receive. Drapto reports it broken down by cause, and separates the part that was preventable from the part that was not.

We do not report a recovery figure
A recovery number would require us to claim credit for money you collected. We show what was written off, why, and which of those causes were addressable before the bill was raised. What you do with that is your result, not ours.
