How well does your clinic actually see itself?
Twelve questions on collections, revenue visibility, capacity and marketing. You get a grade, a breakdown by area, and a specific list of where revenue is most likely leaking. Results are instant and ungated.
Do you know your current collection rate?
How often does someone review outstanding balances by age?
What share of your receivables is over 90 days old?
When do you find out last month's revenue?
Can you see revenue split by doctor and by branch, on demand?
Do you track work performed but never billed?
Do you know your no-show rate?
Do you run appointment reminders?
Do you measure chair, room or slot utilisation?
Do you know what a new patient costs you to acquire, by channel?
Do you measure channels on revenue produced, or on enquiries generated?
Do you know what a patient is worth over their lifetime with you?
A low score is not a failing clinic. It is an unmeasured one.
Most practices that score in the lower bands are profitable. They simply cannot tell which parts are producing the profit and which are quietly consuming it — which is exactly the gap Drapto closes.
About this assessment.
How is the score calculated?
Twelve questions across four areas — collections, revenue visibility, capacity and marketing. Each answer scores 0 to 3, giving a maximum of 36. The grade reflects how well your practice is instrumented, not how profitable it is: a busy clinic can still score poorly if nobody is measuring.
Do I have to give my email to see the result?
No. The score, the domain breakdown and the full leak list appear immediately and free. Nothing is gated.
Is my data stored anywhere?
No. The assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never uploaded, saved or transmitted.
What does a low score actually mean?
It means you are making decisions without instrumentation, not that your clinic is failing. Most practices that score in the lower bands are profitable — they simply cannot see which parts are producing the profit and which are quietly consuming it.
Built to standards, not to a demo
The number this gives you is the start, not the answer.
A review looks at your own figures rather than an average.
