Help · Appointments

No-show prediction

A booking can be flagged as likely not to arrive. The flag is a prompt to confirm, not a reason to cancel.

HELP · DRAPTO
● Answer on this page
● Jargon translated
● Steps numbered
✓ written for 11pm, not the demo

What it looks at

  • How far ahead the booking was made.
  • Whether this patient has missed appointments before, at this clinic.
  • The slot: first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening behave differently.
  • Whether the booking has been confirmed since it was made.

What it does not look at

  • Anything clinical. Diagnosis, medication and results are not inputs.
  • Anything demographic beyond age band. Not address, not name, not sex.
  • Behaviour at any other clinic. Your data stays yours.
Never cancel on the flag alone

The correct response is a confirmation message and, if a session is full, offering the slot to the waitlist while still holding it.
