How booking works
A patient opens your page, picks a doctor and a slot, enters a name and a mobile number, and confirms. There is no account to create and no password.

What the patient gets
- A confirmation on screen with a booking code.
- An email, if they gave one. Not an SMS — see below.
- A link that stays valid: they can reschedule or cancel from it without logging in.
What the desk sees
The booking appears on today’s list immediately, marked as booked online. The desk can move it, cancel it, or mark the patient as arrived.
Why email and not SMS
Transactional SMS in India needs DLT registration, template approval and a per-message cost. We would have to charge you for it or pass it on. The appointment system is free forever, so it uses email.
