Family bookings
One person often books for a parent, a spouse and two children. Family booking lets them do that in a single flow while keeping four separate patient records.
- Each family member gets their own record, their own UHID and their own history.
- The booker’s contact details are shared across the bookings; nothing clinical is.
- Consecutive slots are offered where the schedule allows.
- Cancelling one does not cancel the others.
A child’s record is the child’s
When a minor reaches adulthood the record stays with them, not with the parent who created it.
