Loading a tariff

A payer tariff is a dated document. Bill against last year’s and the difference is a deduction you cannot argue.

• Each tariff is loaded with its effective dates.
• A claim is checked against the version in force on the admission date.
• Superseded versions are kept, because a query about an old claim needs the old rates.
• Billing above the contracted rate is flagged before the bill is raised.
