The Drapto directory

Terms of use

Last changed 12 October 2026.

1. Who we are and what this covers

The Drapto directory at drapto.com (the “Directory”) is run by XDQ Labs Private Limited, Gurugram, India (“Drapto”, “we”). These terms apply to everybody who uses it: people looking for care and asking for appointments (“Patients”), and hospitals, clinics, labs and doctors listed in it or claiming a page (“Providers”). By using the Directory you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Drapto's software for hospitals and clinics is covered by its own agreement.

2. What the Directory is — and is not

The Directory helps people find providers and ask them for an appointment. Drapto is not a healthcare provider: it does not examine, diagnose, treat or give medical advice, does not employ the providers listed, and does not recommend, rank or endorse any of them. No doctor–patient relationship is formed with Drapto. In an emergency, call 112 or 108 — never use the Directory.

3. How listings are made

A page that has not been claimed (Listed) is built from information providers publish and from public sources, compiled by Drapto; its page links to how it was made. It may be out of date or wrong until the provider confirms it. A Verified page has been claimed by the provider with a code to its own published email, and the provider keeps it right. A Gold page is a paid profile: it says the provider pays, never that its care is better. A Platinum page is a Gold page that also takes the Featured places at the top of its area's lists; those places are paid placement and are marked Featured. Drapto shows no ratings, and no other place in a list is sold. Anybody can ask for a correction from any page, and we answer within 48 hours.

4. A provider that does not want to be listed

Any page nobody has claimed can be taken down from the page itself (“Take this page down”) or from the link in any email Drapto sends about it. It comes off at once. Nothing is asked for — no proof, no reason, no form to sign — and there is no fee, penalty or notice period. The same request by email to info@xdqlabs.com is honoured within 48 hours.

A page taken down stays down: Drapto keeps only the name, city, phone number, email and website that identified it, and uses them for one thing — so that no later list or source puts the provider back on Drapto. Emails about the page stop the same moment. A provider that wants even that record erased may ask; it will then be erased, with the one consequence that Drapto can no longer recognise the provider if a later source lists it. A provider that has claimed its page can hide it from its own Drapto account at any time.

5. Appointment requests

A request is a request, not a booking: you ask for a day and a time of day, and the provider confirms a time, offers another, or declines. Nothing is booked until the provider confirms, and a request nobody answers expires. Asking is free. You pay the provider at the visit, at the provider's own fees — nothing is paid to Drapto or online. Drapto passes your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email to the provider you chose, and to nobody else. Please send only genuine requests for yourself or somebody you are authorised to act for, and cancel from your request page if you cannot go.

6. If you are a Provider

By claiming a page you confirm you are authorised to act for that provider, and that what you publish is accurate, current and lawful — your registrations, qualifications, timings, fees and services. You answer requests yourself and are wholly responsible for the care you give. You will not use patients' details for anything except answering their request and their care, and you will follow the law that applies to you, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and medical-council rules on advertising. Drapto may hide or remove a page that is misleading, unlawful or the subject of a valid complaint, and may take back a claim made by somebody not entitled to it. Emails Drapto sends about your page can be stopped from a link in every one.

7. What nobody may do

No scraping, copying or republishing the Directory in bulk; no automated requests beyond ordinary use; no false requests, impersonation or reviews; no attempt to get at data, accounts or systems you are not allowed to; nothing unlawful, abusive or harmful. We limit and block traffic that looks automated.

8. Your information

We collect only what the Directory needs: what you type into a request or a claim, the email you sign in with if you make a patient account, and basic, aggregate usage — people who opened a page, counted without identifying them. We do not sell personal data, and patients' details are never shown on a public page. More, including your rights and how to use them, is in the privacy policy.

9. Content

The Directory's design, software and compiled database belong to Drapto. Providers keep the rights in what they publish and let Drapto show it on their page and in search.

10. Our responsibility, and its limits

The Directory is provided “as is”. Drapto does not guarantee that any listing is accurate or complete, that a provider will answer or see you, or that the service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Drapto is not liable for the care any provider gives or fails to give, or for indirect or consequential loss; and Drapto's total liability for anything arising from the Directory is limited to ₹1,000. You agree to make good any loss Drapto suffers because you broke these terms.

11. Changes, law and disputes

We may change these terms and will show the date of the change here; using the Directory after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.

12. Grievances

Write to the Grievance Officer, XDQ Labs Private Limited, Gurugram, at info@xdqlabs.com with the subject “Directory grievance”. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days, as the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 require. See also drapto.com/grievance.
